TERMS & CONDITIONS
1. All commissioned artwork is for personal use only.
Commercial use is negotiable—please contact me to discuss licensing.
2. No refunds after sketch approval.
3. Do not rush the artist. Asking for updates is okay.
4. You may post the commission yourself, but I still hold the rights to use it as a sample.
You can also ask me not to post it on my social media.
5. Please provide proper references and clear descriptions for your request.
6. Half or full payment must be made before starting the sketching process (via PayPal invoice).
7. Limit of 2 major revisions during the sketching process.
After the sketch is approved, only minor changes (e.g., liquify or color adjustments) are allowed.
8. Finished work will be delivered via email (Google Drive link, PNG format).
9. Clients must not claim the artwork as their own.
If you post the finished piece, please credit me as the artist using my Twitter handle.
10. I reserve the right to decline commission requests.
PROCESS
1. Once I accept your commission, payment must be made (via PayPal invoice) before I start the sketch. I accept either half or full payment.
2. Please provide as many references as you’d like (the more, the better!) — composition, expressions, poses… anything that helps achieve the best result.
3. I’ll send you the sketch as soon as possible so you can request any revisions.
4. I’ll keep you updated to check on colors, composition, details, etc.
Major changes can only be requested during the sketching phase.
Minor changes like color correction, lighting, or small details can be made during the rendering phase.
5. Once the piece is finished, I’ll send you a non-watermarked PNG via Google Drive link to your email.Turnover: 2 weeks - 3 months. Depending on the artist's schedule and workload.
If you'd like to request a specific deadline there will be an additional fee.
